Accommodation

No.1 Greta Cottage is a traditional stone built cottage, situated on the edge of the village of Burton-in-Lonsdale. The back of the cottage looks out onto the river Greta and the front is south facing looking onto fields and a wood. The front patio area is furnished with colourful planted tubs and garden furniture. The area is secure for children. Car parking is off road.

Living Room

The beamed living room is furnished with comfortable chairs, bureau, occasional tables, colour television and radio. Lamps, candles, lots of books, pictures and fresh flowers create a traditional cottage atmosphere. An open staircase leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom.

Kitchen / Diner

The kitchen looks out onto the river and is furnished with a dining table, chairs and equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and spin dryer. The use of a washing machine and tumble dryer are by arrangement with the owner. There is a good selection of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glass ware.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom has one double and a single bed. The second bedroom has a 4ft bed. Both rooms are decorated and furnished in keeping with a country cottage.

Bathroom

The bathroom is furnished with bath, toilet, wash basin and a shaver point. Toilet rolls, bathroom toiletries, tissues, hair dryer and sewing requisites, along with bath and hand towels create a relaxing atmosphere.
